HARDWARE: Perform installation, assembly, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to the following devices:
-CCTV: NVR, DVR, Storage, Network Camera, POE, and cable
-COMPUTER: CPU, SSD/HDD, RAM, Motherboard, PSU, Monitor
-NETWORKING DEVICES: ISP Router, Router, Network Switch, POE, and WI-FI
-Special Devices: Server, Biometrics, Network Printer, Printer, PABX/VOIP, UPS
SOFTWARE: Perform installation, troubleshooting and training to users
-OS: Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS
-PRODUCTIVITY: Office 365, Office 2013, 2016, 2019, G-suite/Google Workspace, Photoshop
-SYSTEM: Biometrics, CCTV, Printer
Responsibilities:
-Tier 1 support for any IT related technical inquiry
-Install and configure hardware components
-Repair and replace damaged hardware
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
-Provide technical training to end users
Experience: 1-2 years' experience
