IT ASSISTANT
 
Work Shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
 
The IT Assistant supports in maintaining the health of networking systems in the office and ensuring all software is up to date and that the workstations of every staff are in good condition.
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of vocational or computer related courses
At least 1 year experience on the said field
Organized with minimal supervision
Good basic computer skills and knowledge of applications
Good in communication skills
Responsibilities:
Monitor Bandwidth utilization and network health in the office and advise the ISP if there are any issues.
Ensures all software is up to date on each workstation.
Checkup and Perform repairs on workstations that need servicing.
Troubleshoots and fixes hardware or software issues.
Do an on-site checkup and repair workstations used by a WFH employee.
Inventory of digital assets.
Inventory and monitoring of Software subscriptions.
Assists employees on their concerns with their work stations
