PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair of computer hardware or any other device related in the computer system.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures accuracy on Installation and configuration of computers and other devices on workstations.
2. Ensures timely monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and other devices.
3. Ensures accurate diagnosis and repair of computer hardware and other equipments.
4. Maintain Local Networks and ensures accessibility and connectivity of all network devices on a daily basis.
5. Ensures timely records/logs of repairs and maintenance schedule.
6. Accurately organize the schedule of upgrades and maintenance.
7. Ensures availability on Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone. Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
8. Ensures security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
9. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems and standard software packages, including both Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX.
10. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female
- A graduate of Information Technology or any related course
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- with knowledge in computer programming, computer hardware and others
- With or without work experience
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
