Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible in installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware or any other device related. Also responsible for hardware, Software and Network maintenance of computer systems.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Installs and configures computers and other devices on workstations.
2. Monitors maintenance of computers systems and other devices.
3. Performs diagnosis and repairs of computer hardware and other equipments
4. Maintains Local Networks and ensures accessibility and connectivity of all network devices.
5. Maintains records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
6. Organizes and schedules upgrades and maintenance
7. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
8. Responds timely to service issues and requests
9. Ensures security and privacy of networks and computer systems
10. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems and standard software packages, including both Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX
11. Guides users on how to operate new software or hardware
12. Maintains good relationship to other employees.
13. Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior.
