Your Role
 
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving ambitious goals. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, excels in leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for IT products and services.
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Represent Microlinx Solution in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Stay updated on the latest IT innovations and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or IT Vocational Course.
Proven sales experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in [CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or other relevant tools].
A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
