·        Support onsite for IT Asset(Laptop/Desktop/Accessories)
·        Unpack new shipment of assets and visually inspect for any transport damage and reporting.
·        Receipt, storage, issuance of new Assets and Accessories.
·        Updating of records against each transaction(Deployment/Retrieval) in ServiceNow Tool. Work closely with Desktop team for WFO & WFH deployements.
·        Main asset returns and document the same in Asset register and ServiceNow tool. Timely updates to Asset In Charge.
·        Daily/Weekly/Monthly Asset Recon and reporting to Asset In Charge as required.
·        Placement of working/ non-working assets/accessories/ spares in stores for easy identification.
·        Deployment /Installation/ Movement of issued assets with a valid Ticket in ServiceNow.
·        Updating of records in asset database(ServiceNow) within 24 hours of the transaction completed
·        Check New asset request on ServiceNow and acknowledge ticket and track till closure.
·        Meet defined Service levels (SLA) for asset management
·        Work closely with Site team Lead and Asset in charge for Asset disposals
