Responsible to delivering continu Job Overview This is a global role in IT Asset Management focusing on ServiceNow CMDB Product Development and Operations. ServiceNow CMDB is core application for Hardware Asset Management and Application Governance. Responsible to delivering continuous improvements through agile software development and ITSM practices, delivering transformative intelligent operations and data analytics upgrades through leveraging ServiceNow platform features, and designing integration to/from other systems through API and Integration Hub. You will lead teams of developers and system engineers that will execute development and support operations tasks. You will collaborate with key experts in P&G especially with Information Security, Network, Personal Computing, IT Operations & Governance in delivering strategic CMDB capabilities. You will utilize and build on your SDLC, Agile DevOps, ITSM and Information Architecture knowledge and learn about IT asset management best practices. Responsibilities Define and refine the product backlog and strategic product roadmap Lead requirements management, backlog refinement, and sprint planning discussions Design and Build throughs sprints cycles with the development team Provide consultation to other P&G teams on ITAM/CMDB integration Lead technology direction for P&G for Application and Hardware Asset Management Plan release to operations and enable support operations to support new releases Lead projects for IT Asset Management team Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant disciplines Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly disciplined task execution Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Knowledge and practical experience in Software Development especially in JavaScript, relational databases, or front-end development stack Understanding on modern development practices such as Agile DevOps and related tools. Experience in Hardware Asset Management or related IT Asset Management and Governance work Experience in one or more Application Lifecycle Management or Product Management skills (ie. Requirements Management, Design and Build, Test Management, Release Management, etc.) or in IT Support Operations (ie Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.). ITILv4 certification is preferred. Experience in ServiceNow or similar SaaS/ITSM/ITOM platforms is an advantage but not required. Knowledgeable with full-stack development (Angular Js, Bootstrap, CSS, JS) and/or business analytics planforms (Numeracy, Power BI) an advantage but not required. Basic knowledge of application integration technologies (e.g. EDI, API, etc.), device discovery, and CMDB/ITAM required.
