Primary Responsibilities:
Work in EUTSD AP Asset Recovery Team, locates and recover assets that have been in various LAM statuses for a predefined 'unusual' amount of time
Establish great partnership with ITAM, IMITAD, EIS, Corporate Security, Legal, TAR and NFC groups
Communicates effectively and work with internal end-users globally in recovering a device
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience in Asset Management/Asset Reconciliation
2+ years experience in a technical support environment, with focus on customer service
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
Basic knowledge on Healthcare System
Knowledge on ITIL Framework
Self-starter and able to work independently while also being part of a great team environment
Following PH Holiday
Willing to work flexible shifts
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Good customer service skills, able to interact with a wide range of customers
Ability to multitask, and maintain productivity
Ability to work with other team members towards common goal
Process Skills:
Working knowledge of Asset Management Concepts including:
Inventory Management
Legal Hold Management
Hardware Availability Management
Asset Disposal
UPS Tracking
Data Reconciliation
Asset Database Updates
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certified
CHAMP Certified
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications including SharePoint
Working knowledge of ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
Working knowledge of the following reporting and discovery tools: Client Lookup, NT Lookup, Altiris
Knowledge of IT Devices and Peripherals
Macro Automation Awareness* 1 year experience in Business Analysis
