IT ANALYST
Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
The IT Analyst is responsible for analyzing and enhancing IT systems to meet business objectives through requirement gathering, system evaluation, and solution design. They serve as a liaison between end users and the technical team, ensuring the effective use of technology in meeting organizational goals. The IT Analyst also contributes to improving operational efficiency through system optimization, process mapping, and support of software/hardware troubleshooting.

Documentation and Records Keeping
Maintains thorough and accurate records of test cases, test results, defects, and quality metrics to ensure traceability and accountability throughout the software development lifecycle.
Consistently documents processes, standards, and outcomes in a structured manner, enabling clear communication with development teams and supporting future audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Effective Collaboration
Actively engages with developers, process owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and understand system behavior.
Shares testing insights, defects, and risks clearly and constructively to support timely resolution.
Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with an open and solution-oriented mindset.
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BSIT, or any other computer-related course
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Others:
Basic understanding of system processes and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose IT system issues logically and efficiently
Basic understanding in system installation, and proficiency in user account management
Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022, MS SQL Database, Azure, VB.NET, and D365
