Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience across several of the following fields: project management, business analysis, portfolio management, project delivery, finance and accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of benefit realization framework, techniques, processes, measurements, and tools
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools, preferably evidenced by a certification in good standing (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or comparable), and of applying them for delivering successful organizational change.
• Extensive knowledge of information and communication technology and how to derive Benefits Realization indicators from IT initiated projects.
• Experience of working in a project and service delivery environment, having had exposure to project and financial management processes and issues.
• Experience in documenting and implementing management frameworks and tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential for this position.
• Financial accountant preferred
• Experience working productively and maintaining effective relationships in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams is preferred
• Experience working in IFIs, MDBs, or non-profit institutions preferred
