Educational Requirement:
Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
Work Experience:
At least 1-year of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Staff, or any similar role; fresh-graduates are welcome to apply.
Technical Qualifications:
1. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance and tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems with vendors
2. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
3. Monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation
4. Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes
5. Assist in Quality Control of IT Products
6. Maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting.
7. Performs other tasks as may be assigned
Soft Skills Qualifications:
1. Effective problem-solving skills
2. Must be able to complete complex projects with minimal supervision
3. Honesty
4. Meticulous and precise
5. High attention to details
