Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
With hands on knowledge of the procedures used in installation, modification, and repair of IT hardware and software.

Job Role
Responsible for maintaining and support for desktops, laptops, printers, fax, machines, and etc...
Develop and maintain an inventory of all computer related components and equipment.
Accurately document instances of desktop equipment of component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
Creating policy and implementing rules and regulation in IT department
