Job Description
Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing. Manage the system configuration and operations.
Provide work direction and participate in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic communications and other various systems. Responsible for database back up.
Keeping all computer equipment running smoothly as well as ensuring that staffs are able to interact with equipment successfully. Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issues resolution. Comply with Software, Hardware and Operating system requirements. Provide advanced technical support to staff.
Install and test computer-related equipment. Administer infrastructure, including firewalls, data base, malware protection software and other processors. Create and maintain database of all IT related devices.
Maintain and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure best value and to support fit for purpose systems and solutions. Maintain local and wide area networks and support remote working.
Implement and develop policies relating to ICT, Information and Security. Deliver the Statutory roles and licensing requirements relating to ICT, Information and Security.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
Graduate in IT or any related course
