IT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

*Must be willing to work onsite in Batangas City
Job Description:
Asset Management
Maintain functionality of necessary office equipment
Manages the deployment and receiving of computer equipment to employees
Track and record the designation of assets
Analyzes equipment supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
Perform inventory audit
Setup and update computer settings and software needs
Perform computer troubleshooting, repair and formatting
Employee productivity monitoring administrator
Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
Manage filing systems
Maintain and update company databases
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Help organize and maintain office common areas
Coordinate events if necessary
Participate in meetings with the management
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups
Find ways to improve administrative processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Male
Experience as Admin Staff is an advantage
High level of integrity
Knowledgeable on computer troubleshooting, formatting and computer assembly
Good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision
Solid time management skills
Must be able to effectively negotiate and deal with people on behalf of the company at all levels
Creative ability & writing proficiency
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
