ZigZag is looking for an IT Admin to join our team!
About The Role and The Client:
"Every day, hundreds of candidates around the world apply to join our client's community. This community is helping customers to deliver relevant solutions that enhance the work lives of everyone around the globe. These solutions require trusted candidates to be located in the country they say they are living. Validating user locations is key to building trust with our customers. A key part of this role is completing verification steps that validate users are located where they say they are located.

Join our rapidly growing AI business where you will own and run verification steps that identify and remove malicious and fraudulent people from our community. You will be an integral member of a team where you will work with analysts, investigators and other specialists conducting complex investigations that prevent and identify dishonest community members."
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete daily IP checks for up to (100-1000+) applicants across multiple programs. Analyse applicants by geo locations and identify potential colluders, bad actors, bots and fraudulent candidates.
Data gathering - extract and collate data from various systems, processed by ETL programs and scripts to identify candidates who are not geographically eligible for programs.
Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments related fraud investigations/prosecutions as necessary
Actively identify any gaps through evaluating information and actively research solutions that could assist in combating these gaps.
Respond to support requests from remote workers to ensure that have access to all the necessary tools required to complete their tasks.
Execute all Right to be forgotten requests in a timely manner ensuring compliance on the program
Execute housekeeping duties to ensuring that all processes in place to add and remove new community members are adhered to.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS:
Candidates must have at least 2+ years of similar experience
Attention to detail
Time management is key to ensure that results are delivered on a timely basis for the team upstream of the IP check process.
Customer focus
Motivation to learn and improve processes - as our tools change so too may our process
Familiar with using Excel Pivots and formulas
Experience of running scripts for repetitive tasks
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working within a compliance function within the Service industry is an advantage.
*Candidates must be willing to work from Monday to Friday, 5PM-2AM PH Time.
