JOB DESCRIPTION
The position would also be fully in-charge of all aspects of island operations in the absence of the CEO.
JOB QUALIFICATION
The ideal candidate is 35-45 years old with strong F&B or rooms background, European trained, currently being an accomplished director of operations, resident manager or aspiring general manager.
Working experience from Asia is a prerequisite for the position.
Mandarin language skills is an added advantage.
The position will oversee all front of house operational departments with focus on villa operations (butler experience and/or management is essential), and creative F&B deliveries.
Being an intimate private island in a remote location, the position is suited for someone with good self-discipline, being a self-starter, and a passion for sustainability, team development and healthy outdoor lifestyle.
