Experience in Ionic Plating (IP) or Physical Vapor Deposition
Technical knowledge in the domain
Experience in training staff
Willing to work in Cebu
Responsibilities:
Understands and establishes all the variables/parameters that influence plating output and set controls for stability
Develops IP finishes (new or existing) in line with market expectations
Develop and train pool of resources on technical skills
Come up with a machinery and equipment maintenance and replacement plans
