RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides first level technical support via phone, ticket/email and chat.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers.
Responsible for troubleshooting, testing, researching and analyzing issues.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Observes customer contacts to make sure that the high quality solutions are provided in timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Required Skills: iOS background, Customer/Technical Support, Internet Applications, Basic Networking, Wireless Configuration, Basic Software Troubleshooting
Excellent English Communication and Telephone Skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
Qualified candidates must be able to start in August.
