Job Functions:
• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and features.
• Perform testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Conducts verification and regression testing using existing or custom hardware and software platforms.
• Perform bug fixing and optimization
• Create design documentations, user manuals, and programming references required by software
applications.
• Review and approve software design documentations and software codes developed by other
engineers.
Job Requirements:
• Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent course
• Should have at least 3-5 years solid experience in iOS platform development
• With experience in mobile development life cycle.
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.
• Experience with code optimization and continuous integration.
• With solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Knowledgeable in iOS back-end services and UI architecture.
• Knowledgeable in Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
• Extensive experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and
Core Text.
• Knowledgeable in C/C++ based libraries.
• Familiar with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Knowledgeable in creating design documentations using UML or a similar tool.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OS fundamentals and various kernels (Linux, Windows, Unix) is a plus
• Familiar with IOCTL is a plus.
• Familiar with file systems architecture is a plus.
• Must have strong technical problem-solving skills.
