Investment Operations Analyst
Location: Ortigas, Pasig (on-site)
Schedule: Day shift
Responsibilities:
Administration duties
Unit registry
Updating client details
Platform Maintenance
Client onboardings
Fund reporting, trade execution and reconciliation of fund and client positions (numeracy and working with excel is a key requirement)
Payment Entry
Compliance monitoring
Manage relationships with counter-parties (Registry, Custody and Administrators)
General Administration and business operational matters
Maintain business data and provide reporting on such
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics, Management or related field
With previous experience within the fund management industry, specifically working in back/middle office operations and unit registry.
At least 3 years experience registry/trade processing
Background with trade and unit processing, client onboarding, KYC check and AML, trade matching, post trade compliance, creation of standard operating procedure is a must
We are looking for someone who has an initiative, numerate, self-motivated and eager to build relationships with all 3rd party providers to the business and colleagues.
