on several key projects that will help us achieve these goals.
Job Purpose
The Investment and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting IWG's Investment Team. This will
include the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and data analysis for internal teams and the senior
executive team. The role will also have responsibility for gathering data and maintaining our internal systems
to enable further analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis:
Creating databases and analysing data that supports our growth ambitions and investment decisions
Supporting with the preparation of financial models to analyse the projected returns of investment
decisions * Provide financial information that will support IWG in negotiations with landlords / partners
Comparing actual returns versus forecasts
Reporting:
Creating and updating pipeline trackers and other regular reports
Develop and update performance reports for defined reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, etc)
Creating and updating weekly presentations with an overview of new deals that have been approved by
the Investment Committee * Ad-Hoc:
Carry out ad-hoc reporting needs and prepare relevant analyses as required
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Highly numerate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Data analysis and creation of databases
Property pipeline reporting
Executive reporting
Enthusiastic self-starter who is ambitious and wants to learn
