INVENTORY STAFF
 
Responsibilities:
Check delivered items based on purchase order specifically on expiry dates, quality and quantity.
Record any discrepancies/defective item in the delivery performance logbook.
Post item/s received in the inventory system.
Keeps received items to their proper storage area.
Ensure all requisition slips are duly approved by the management before releasing the item. 
Prepares "stock transfer out slip" prior to releasing the item. 
Ensure that the only item specified in the stock transfer out or pull out slip are being released.
Release stocks every Saturday and middle of the week (if need) to the requesting department
Ensure all items released from warehouse are properly accounted
Conducts ramdom physical count of all supplies every end of the month.
Conducts annual warehouse physical count including branches.
Ensure that warehouse is properly secured.
Ensure that warehouse stocks are properly labeled, clean and organized.
Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business related course (i.e. Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and Accounting Technology)
Experience in proper handling of stocks is a plus
Flexible and able to adapt in different working environment.
Resourceful, organized and attentive to details.
Has positive outlook in life.
Full-Time position available.
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
