INVENTORY STAFF
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous physical counting, good business process knowledge, good understanding of business controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Can work under pressure, with less supervision and able to multitask.
Can do physical count every day.
Can work inside the walk-in freezer.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
