INVENTORY STAFF
 
Qualifications:
·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business related courses
·         At least one (1) year of work experience of accounting related jobs
·         Work experience in warehousing is an advantage
·         Proficient in MS Office Applications, Inventory & Documentation
·         Good analytical skills
·         Can work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
·         Hardworking with good communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures proper stocking of materials and supplies in the warehouse
Regulates effective tracking and accounting for all incoming & outgoing materials
Performs proper and timely issuance of materials to project sites
Ensures that materials match with material request lists before dispatching to requesting department/project sites
Performs actual physical count every last day of the month and reconciliation of variances
Maintains updated monthly inventory listing and submit a copy to Project Engineers Purchase Staff and Accounting Staff
Maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment and effective, timely logistic operations
Maximizes utility of space inside the warehouse
Develops best inventory control methods
Reports/submit inventory listings of nonmoving materials and supplies to Project Engineers and Purchase Staff
