INVENTORY STAFF / ITEM ENCODER
 
Requirements:
Graduate of any related course
Must be punctual & good attedance
Detail-oriented, responsible with good moral ethics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Background in the construction industry is a plus
Has good memory and can recall on demand
Has experience using any inventory program
Has good rapport & teamwork skills
Can begin right away
Responsibilities:
Keep accurate record of inventory, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.
Receives, unpack, re-stock items as necessary, label shelves and items as required.
Release goods or items necessary for different project sites and workers.
Encodes items and provides management reports from project sites.
Processes and document returns/bad orders as required.
Prepares monthly reports for management review
