Job description:
 
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
I.Stock Inquiry
a. Attend to all stock inquiries from branches
b. Coordinate with WH Coordinator regarding orders and shipments
c. Coordinate with A&D regarding availability of non-saleable items
d. Coordinate with Branches regarding backloading (if necessary)
 
II.Distribution
a. Prepare Distribution Worksheet and submit to for review and approval
b. Prepare Picking List based on approved Distribution Worksheet and send to for approval prior to release
c. Send approved Picking List to issuing and receiving branches via email.
d. Monitor warehouses (CEB & DVO) deliveries if being implemented as per schedule.
e. Prepare Monthly ROS and Picking List Balances.
 
III.Technical
a. Provide technical support to all branches for all inquiries of new products.
b. Monitor new models released by different car dealers.
c. Prepare technical drawings of all SPI and new model items.
d. Coordinate with Technical Officer regarding availability of SPI items in the catalogue
e. Prepare and monitor RTP of all SPI items.
f. Validate measurements and specifications of newly arrived SPI items.
g. Coordinate with Purchasing Department regarding complaints due to factory defects.
h. Validate and monitor all DNCR submitted by branches.
i. Coordinate with Purchasing Department regarding complaints due to factory defects.
j. Conduct testing of new items given by Purchasing Department.
k. Attend car show to check for possible release of new vehicles.
