Job Description:
Responsible for data gathering, analysis, and initiative tracking in support of the development of the company's warehousing and fulfillment services
Provide timely in-depth reports of warehouse performance and drivers
Aid in preparation and tracking of business unit KPIs (i.e. inventory health management, budget, etc.)
Conduct analysis and formulate insights based on available data
Distill and summarize data sets into understandable summaries and actionable suggestions
Assist in the overall operational execution of warehouse initiatives and strategies\
Plan and execute initiatives to improve warehouse utilization, reduce the cost of holding inventory in the warehouse
Coordinate and align with different business units on warehouse initiatives
Help plan and implement activities, conduct market research, gather intelligence and consumer behavior research
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder with excellent academic records
Minimum 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in inventory process improvement and execution
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Superior communication and execution skills; with experience in coordination and negotiation
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
