· Four year college degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of supply chain management

• Basic inventory management concepts and finance control understanding
•At least three years of supply chain management experience preferably in demand and replenishment planning and exposure in logistics operations, purchasing and customer service.

Job Description
Coordinate with Sales for the timely preparation of forecast and understanding volume drivers to better manage demand
Establish inventory policies to ensure that optimum inventory levels are maintained for cost effectiveness.
Review and update inventory parameters in SAP.
Review sales performance vs. forecast on a monthly basis, compute for forecast accuracy and take necessary actions to address issues of products that are not performing in accordance with plans.
Prepare replenishment plans based on export orders and coordinate with Purchasing delivery requirements to support export as well as domestic orders.
Prepare replenishment plans of products for domestic orders based on forecast and available inventory on a timely and accurate basis.
Timely preparation of the Purchase Requisition based on the scheduled replenishment plans.
Prepare Production plan and coordinate with Production schedules based on export requirements.
Close monitoring of inventories in all stock locations to ensure all inventories are accounted for.Coordinate with Logistics timely delivery of orders to customers.
Provide feedback/update to Management, Marketing and Sales organization on stock-outs and status of critical items.
Provide management and concerned parties on a regular basis list of non-moving items, slow moving products for disposition and/or move-out plans.
Perform all other functions that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.OPERATING ENVIRONMENT Supports both export and domestic sales
Multi-principal environment, supporting both procure to order (for export) and procure to stocks (domestic)Inventory management using SAP (ERP system)
Work is general done in an office environment with occasional exposure to warehouse conditions
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm and 3 saturdays a month
BENEFITS: 13th month, Govt Mandated, Healthcard upon regularization, SL/VL other benefits to be discusssed
