What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of an
Inventory Manager
who is self-driven, ambitious, and has deep experience in the e-commerce space. You will be working with our US client based in Florida. Our client has built a reputation of
being the best of the best in commercial, agricultural, athletic turf, and golf course fertilizers
. They have been in the business for 26 years to date and have been involved with e-commerce platforms for 4 years already.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication
in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:

-Review their inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
-Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages
-Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
-Provide detailed recommendations on re-ordering plans to maximize container space, inventory turns, and cash flow
-Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
-Communicate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure changing requirements are met in a timely manner
-Maintaining registrations in each state- ensuring all documents and requirements in each state are met in accordance with US Department of Agriculture, which can be done online or thru mail
-Data Entry and maintaining various Spreadsheets for reports such as monthly sales, product sorting and inventory
-Work alongside current team members
Requirements
About You:

-Proven 3+ years of work experience as an Operations Manager, Inventory Manager, Amazon Manager, or equivalent
-Strong Amazon Backend experience
-Familiarity with US Department of Agriculture protocols per state
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Expert in Google Sheets and Excel, including capabilities in standardized reporting, analysis, data queries/manipulation, and so forth.
-Well versed in MS Office including Word and Powerpoint
-Excellent organizational and analytical skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Amenable to work within US hours
-This is a remote position.
