As an Inventory Manager, you will be the driving force behind our inventory operations, ensuring the seamless flow of parts and units from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, from procurement and storage to distribution and reporting.Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions to support our company's growth.Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:
Oversees employer's products, supplies and materials.
Supervise Warehouse/ Logistics personnel and coordination with different departments within the business.
Counting using NetSuite in inventory monitoring to track units/ parts accurately.
Knowledgeable with Supply Chain.
Conducting regular cycle counts to determine available inventory
Ordering additional inventory when running low
Sourcing of suppliers and maintaining good working relationships
Making sure to address problems in supply and delivery
Prepare inventory for delivery and shipping to customers
Hiring and training inventory/ warehouse staff; tasks delegation and schedule creation
Monitoring the sales numbers and keeping track of the inventory needs forecast.
Basic qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree Business course
5 years minimum experience as Inventory Manager
Automotive experience is a plus
Needs to be amenable to work 6 days a week
Can work under pressure and multi-task
