Monitor, report, and analyze product inventory movement including oil variation
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1.Collates, records and reviews daily sounding, product receiving and transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components
2. Reconciles daily product movement and reflects the variances and reasons for variances in Inventory Report
3. Updates daily product stock reports and submits this to Accounting and Supply
4. Handles the updating and submission of all inventory reports including corporate enterprise software and terminal automation systems
5. Generates all regular inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
6. Analyzes product movements and maintains the integrity of the inventory data
7. Reports intolerable or excessive variances to the Terminal Operations Manager
8. Logs all terminal requests and forms and office related requisitions
9. Organizes regular operations meeting
10. Member of the fire brigade and oil spill contingency team
11. Handles other functions that may be delegated by the Terminal Operations Manager or Terminal Operations Officer from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for this Role
College graduate
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of open office and google applications
Background in Oil/Gas would be an advantage
Open to fresh graduates; must be willing to do field work/travel (for training or temporary assignment in another depot), and open to relocation in other depot/terminal assignments in the Philippines.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
