1. Monitors, reports, and analyzes product inventory movement including oil.
2. To handle and investigate the gain/loss performance of the terminals.
3. Equipped with high level of analyzation in reviewing reports generated by the Oil Movement Personnel.
4. Proactively updating necessary files for the inventory of products and movements and provides/suggests improvements to have better monitoring system.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Collates, records and reviews daily sounding, product receiving and transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components
2. Reconciles daily product movement and reflects the variances and reasons for variances in Inventory Report
3. Updates daily product stock and submits this to Accounting and Supply
4. Handles the updating and submission of all inventory reports including corporate enterprise software and terminal automation systems
5. Generates all regular inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
6. Analyzes product movements and maintains the integrity of the inventory data
7. Reports intolerable or excessive variances to the Terminal Operations Managers
8. Logs all terminal requests and forms and office related requisitions
9. Organizes regular operations meeting.
10. Handles other functions that may be delegated by the Terminal Operations Manager or Terminal Operations Officer from time to time. May be member of the fire brigade and oil spill contingency team.
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
Must be a graduate of a Business course or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, and extended work schedules
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet tools and applications
Keen to details and has good mathematical ability
Experience in Oil/Gas industry would be an advantage
Preferably residing within the area
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
