JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inventory department, ensuring that all inventory is accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible.
Reporting to management on any inventory-related matters.
Maintain inventory using Finale System, ensuring that stock levels are updated in sync with sales, orders, stocks, and repairs.
Ensure product stock is adequate for all branches, and can cover the demands of each branch.
Track incoming and outgoing units, including the receipt of deliveries, inspection of incoming units, and proper storage of all units and components.
Hiring and training inventory clerks and delegating tasks to each team member.
Implement and maintain an effective regular cycle counts for inventory auditing.
Acting as the contact person for suppliers, management, and logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate of any computer or I.T.-related course
With a background of 2-3 years in inventory or logistics.
Knowledgeable in inventory-related tasks.
Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.
Strong leadership skills.
Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
