Job Description He/ She is directly reporting to CIC Sr Supervisor. He/ She has the full responsibility in the control and maintenance
of inventory.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Receives instruction from CIC Sr Supervisor / Manager
2. Analyze parts based on plan released by planning
3. Prepare pull request to CW and JIT CW and spare parts from other facilities
4. Prepare MPL (Material Pick list) for MS Material Kitting
5. Ensure production is fully supported by materials as per schedule
6. Monitor incoming and outgoing ( issuance & transfer to other subcon) materials
7. Escalating material issue / critical parts to concerned personnel
8. Follow up critical parts to SE buyer
9. Follow up delivery from JIT vendors
10. Analyze excess and non moving materials for possible RTS or RTV and for transfer to other facilities
11. Responsible for parts investigation for possible discrepancy
12. Responsible in cell inventory accuracy like system vs actual, cleaning up negative inventory
13. Responsible in WIP updating (Material rqts @ oracle)
14. Responsible in creating P.O to DMS
