JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: Graduate of BS Business Administration or any Business related course
Experience: 1-3 years relevant working experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tracks and investigates inventory
• Checking all data needed to come up with a right solution
• Maintains exact quantity
• Performs physical count of inventory
• Arranging IT Products on its physical location
• Reconciles actual stock count to exact count
• Preparing IUS & ITS form
• Encoding, Authorizing, Fulfilling, and Filing IUS
• Authorizing and Filing ITS Form
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
• Data management skill
• Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
