Description
- Distributor's Stocks Replenishment and Planning
• Maintain proper inventory level for each distributor.
• Review data provided for each distributor and generate all purchase order required.
• Validates and ensures accuracy of data submitted as Sales to Outlet.
- Monitoring, Validation and Audit of accuracy of Actual Inventory count vs record of distributor.
- Assist Distributor on inventory related queries, conducts spot physical checking and counting in coordination with the Distributor's warehouse Manager if possible.
- Communication/ Coordination to other departments (Sales, Production, Logistics) inventory related concerns.
- Provides analysis and insight of inventory and supply plan variances, conduct root cause analysis for out of stock or low stock items of - - Distributor and Provide supportive analysis to maintain excess and obsolete inventory, implement action plans.
