Inventory Control & Materials Supervisor
Logistics personnel dedicated to warehousing, shipping & transportation of finished goods, semi-finished products/WIP and added raw materials. Perform routine manual and administrative shipping and warehousing activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Maintain inventory accuracy at all times for all Direct, Indirect Materials and Finished Goods;
 Ensures timely communication with internal and external customers with regards to delivery concerns and status of inventories;
 Responsible for the correct product receipt/inbound, put away/storage of FG using the SAP system including monitoring of related movement types;
 Responsible for the outbound process and shipment including compliance to customer requirements;
 Responsible in correct shipping documentation and tracking of shipments up to receipt of customer;
 Maintain safety of warehouse - goods and storage condition.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields;
 With 3 years minimum experience in Warehouse/Receiving;
 Proficient in Microsoft applications;
 Knowledgeable on SAP & related applications;
 With good communication skills
