Inventory ClerkABC Prime Inc

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory clerk with warehouse experience and excellent math and communication skills. Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records and preparing balance and shortages reports. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
 
Requirements:
College Graduate in any related course
With accounting background is a PLUS
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in inventory management software or systems
Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations using computer programs
Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments and vendors
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends
Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field may be preferred

Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating records.
Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as necessary.
Identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and making recommendations for disposal or clearance.
Assist the Chief Finance Officer for other related task given from time to time
