JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Responsible for ensuring seamless inflow, outflow, storage, and management of all inventory products
·         Monitors the movement of inventory stock levels, ensuring repurchase orders and cancellations are quickly addressed
·         Coordinates closely with Purchasing regarding inventory levels, deliveries, cancellations, and other key updates.
·         Conducts inventory audits in all stores and warehouse
·         Coordinates closely with any delivery personnel prior to receiving and releasing inventory, ultimately responsible for quality control
·         Properly maintains all inventory records in physical and digital form
·         Create monthly reports and as needed
·         Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the management from time to time
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  
 
·         Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field or with equivalent practical experience
·         With 1 year and above work experience in retail or warehouse
·         Knowledge in Inventory and Inventory controls
·         Excellent use of computer and proficiency with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
·         Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form.
·         Performance-driven and result oriented. 
·         Disciplined work ethic and can deliver expectations with minimal supervision.
·         Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes.
·         Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (opening, mid shift & closing) and flexible.
