Job description
Job Purpose:
To ensure that inventory at the Dry Warehouse is accurate and matched with the actual count up to the bin location level. All transactions are duly documented and completely encoded, anticipating inventory movements and status. Inventory analyst will be responsible for the scheduling, reconciliation of physical inventory, creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports that provides information on the stock status and inventory levels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, implement and monitor activities and procedures related to inventory transactions to ensure that they are accurately documented and timely captured in the system.
Conduct monthly wall to wall count
Performs inventory analyses and management to avoid stock-outs, low stocks and over stocks.
Manage inventory transfers and adjustments.
Analyze root causes of inventory variances, if any, and provide resolutions.
Monitor inventory of stocks other than FG, i.e., RM, WIP, etc and provide owners with the status
Attend meetings related to stocks and perform other duties as requested and assigned.
Qualifications:
College Graduate
Computer literacy & proficiency in Microsoft Office
With basic knowledge in SAP's logistics and inventory transactions
Must have good documentation, analytical and numerical skills
Must be dynamic to meet the deadlines with efficiency
Willing to work on extended hours.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
