Roles and Responsibilities
The goal for Inventory Admin Support is to minimize delays with making stock available to sell. This will involve taking ownership of all external communication with suppliers and our warehouses (gradual transfer) and resolving inventory-related issues which arise within Netsuite and related systems.
Required Experience
• Admin or Data Entry experience
• Experienced in BPO setting
• Netsuite Knowledge or Technical Support
• CSR experience is a plus
• Background working with Australian account is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
• At Least 2 years BPO experience
• Intermediate Excel Knowledge (vlookups etc)
A Successful Candidate must have
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with Netsuite and able to create some simple saved searches.
Proficient with
• MS Office and Excel
