You will be involved in the complete recruitment process You build strong network and connections at a managerial level, with clients as well as candidates. You will be assigned among 5 divisions of the company (Professional, Technology, Industrial, Consumer Goods or Health) You will assess each candidate's suitability for a job opening through thorough pre-screening and interviewing before proposing them to Senior Recruitment Consultants. You will be involved in negotiating pay and salary rates of the candidates. You will build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets. You will develop your Industry knowledge while getting involved in social media and networking activities. Job Requirements: Must be enrolled in a university or College OJT Program Fluent English, both oral and written. Great communication skills and sales attitude A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambitious Self-confident and Ambitious A strong interest in people and people management Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals Professionally presented Must have a laptop/ PC Must have a Fiber Internet Connection Willing to work on-site only when necessary
