• Perform safety Audits and quality control to ensure safety standards are upheld
• Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements
• Conduct field and head office audit
• Verify and document evidence of compliance and non-compliance and submit comprehensive reports on audit findings and communicate on a timely basis.
• Understand the decision taken to resolve significant audit observations
• Identify process, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvements.
• Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools
• Assist in development plans/programs
• Maintain an objectives state of mind and appropriate level of professional skepticism and perform all work with due care.
Additional Qualifications:
• Demonstrate potential leadership skills
• Demonstrate an understanding of accounting, auditing and internal controls.
• Possess excellent writing, analytical and documentation skills.
• Demonstrate excellence in communication, interpersonal and negotiation
• Ability to efficiently and effectively handle assigned audit projects
• With knowledge of the current food safety regulations as well as the guidelines set forth by the food regulating agency in the Philippines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or BS Accountancy
• At least 1 year of Quality Auditing experience
• With Motorcycle and valid Driver's License (Required)
• Willing to be train Quezon City
• Willing to do field work
