Client focused responsibilities will include the following duties:
Simplify, Optimize & Standardize trend analysis to include bell curve, CPT and E&M allocation, ICD-10 frequency shifts, provider documentation changes and client impact
Oversee and assess coding preparedness for Production including assisting with Client onboarding
Identify and address Client impact pre and post Production
Track, report and monitor educational opportunities for providers using denials, escalations, quarterly Compliance audits
Coordinates with Compliance team on provider education opportunities and initiatives
Responsible for updating Clients on revised/new/and deleted codes for new year that are impactful to specific practice
Manage client reporting and feedback loop including preparing presentations to be shared with client and Executive team
Responsible for providing recommendations alongside Coding Manager for readiness for new business
Accurately oversee that team is following coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory bodies
Maintains compliance standards in accordance with Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct and reports compliance problems appropriately
Directly reports Coding Business Manager and accountable to implementing strategic goals of US Based Department leadership
Other duties may be assigned from time to time

Ability to manage department in the absence of direct supervision from Director of Coding and On site Manager
Ability to research topics related to job outside of normal business hours to assist department

Qualifications and Requirements:
BS in Nursing, Allied Health or similar areas.
Must possess CPC from AAPC
Must have 2 years of coding experience or promoted within PMAXGlobal Coding Department
Must be passionate about a career in Medical Coding.
Ability to analyze medical records and coding guidelines
Ability to use computer at advanced level
Understand, delegate and carry out verbal and written direction
Participate in daily, weekly and/or monthly meetings via telecommunication
Ability to manage department in the absence of direct supervision
Ability to work in a fast paced and production environment
