The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. Job Brief
We are looking for Subject Matter Experts (SME) - Labs to enhance the competencies of our employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance according to our company's objectives. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions when needed.
Responsibilities
Training and On-boarding
Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses
Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Build training programs and prepare teaching plans
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Deliver training courses
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Identify all edge cases solutions from your research and escalations and create/conduct monthly calibration training sessions with TLs, QCs and POCs
Deliver refresher training classes
Research and Escalation
Document and handle highly complex, technically advanced research requests from team members
Assure consistency in research protocols
Document and modify operational protocols
Facilitate fortnightly calibration sessions in partnership with quality control team
Handle and resolve escalations in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
Work experience as a trainer, team leader, or facilitator in a BPO or shared service environment is a plus but not required
Excellent attendance, productivity and accuracy scores for the past 3 months prior to your application
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Adequate knowledge of learning management software
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Sound decision making and organisational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
