INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER (FIELD)
Job Description:
Conduct initial surveys and draft the engagement letter.
Carry out walkthroughs with process owners and review documented policies and procedures to identify control gaps and significant control issues.
Execute audit procedures, including identifying issues and collecting, reviewing, and analyzing audit evidence.
Gather and assess data; summarize audit results to ensure internal controls are sufficient, operational, and compliant with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Prepare audit working papers to support the work performed and document all evidence obtained during the audit or investigation.
Validate and discuss preliminary findings with process owners and offer recommendations, under the guidance of a supervisor.
Draft audit findings and recommendations for inclusion in the final audit report.
Monitor and follow up on unresolved management action items.
Organize and archive audit files and working papers.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in operational audit.
Familiar with inventory management, JDA, Oracle, and SAP
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to travel within the Visayas and Mindanao regions
Salary Range: 18,000 - 20,000
