Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: * Assist Mill/ Country management on any implementation of business/ financial processes & procedures and provide clarifications of the SOP requirements specifically relating to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Stock Management and Fixed Assets (including CAPEX).
Continuous monitoring over the compliance of key procedural requirements (as per the SOP) to ensure all critical controls are working consistently and effectively, including but not limited to:
Review the monthly bank reconciliation of the mills
Review exception reports that complement SAP controls.
Collaborate with country management to ensure the reported internal audit findings are resolved in an effective, efficient and timely manner at the mill level.
Perform other tasks assigned by the PH Internal Control Compliance Manager as needed or as business conditions change.
Qualifications
Graduate of any business course, preferably Accounting, Commerce and Finance
At least 4-5 years combined experience in audit and/ accounting or finance related experience.
Knowledge in SAP
Skills or competencies required:
Audit Competency
Proficient in both local language and English
Good leadership skills
Good Inter-personal and Negotiation skills
Good business acumen
Good interactions with internal stakeholders and dispute resolution.
Financial statements and cash flow understanding.
Additional Information
Hybrid work set-up
Willing to travel and be assigned in field work
