Job Specifications:
Understanding of process improvement concepts and methodology (Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, etc.) in a BPO setting.
Knowledgein designing and implementing a framework of improvement, streamlining and automation in a multi-jurisdictional organization.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other process documentation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders including middle, senior management in a global setting.
Must be able to adhere to high standards of professionalism, ethics, integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work in parallel with other management initiatives and provide support and guidance as necessary.
Experience in Compliance and Risk Management highly desirable but not necessary
