CEBU COMMON TREATMENT FACILITY, INC. is a treatment facility for hazardous wastes generated by the electroplating industry, and other industries producing the same kind of waste. Its establishment in 1999 was an outcome of the former Industrial Pollution Control Project in Cebu of the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) and the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ). CCTFI is a private company jointly owned by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the Cebu Electroplaters Association (CEA).
CCTFI is an accredited treatment, transporter, storage and disposal facility of hazardous wastes by the DENR.
Is currently looking for:
INTERNAL BOOKKEEPER
Job Specification and Competency Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting or any related course.
Preferably 1-2 years working experience related to the job offered.
Must be fluent in verbal written communications with high degree of analytical ability, inter personal skills.
Must be computer literate MS Word/ Excel / PowerPoint and Quickbooks application.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing Quickbooks.
Recording alternative transactions in quickbooks.
Recording and maintaining of financial transactions, such as expenses, sales revenue, invoice and payments.
Check and verify source document such as invoice, receipts and other information.
Assists the CCTFI External Bookkeeper with government reportorial requirements.
Keep track and in charge of filling all check voucher.
Verify and update account statement summary (Billing Invoice) from accounting personnel.
Other duties assigned by General Manager from time to time.
Working Hours:
7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday to Saturday)
