Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Management Accounting or any Business Administration
At least 2-3 years work experience as Bookkeeper or related is required for this position or has NC III Bookkeeping Certification
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel & Word)
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in bookkeeping practices
Knowledgeable in accounting principles and procedures
Has a relevant experience in legislation and regulatory requirements
Know how to make a data management and financial data analysis
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to work overtime when need arises.
Willing to be assigned in TAYUD, CONSOLACION
Job Responsibilities:
Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books
Transfer data to general ledger
Reconcile and balance all accounts
Draw up financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet)
Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports
Track and maintain inventory records
Maintain internal control systems
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
Prepare and process payroll
Comply with relevant reporting requirements
Calculate and prepare tax payments
Assist with budget preparation
Assist with audits
Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
